Microblading

Microblading hair strokes are the strokes created to look like an actual brow hair. These strokes are placed throughout the brow for more volume and definition. This service is great for clients looking to add more volume to their natural brows. Not suitable for oily skin clients.

Microshading

Microshading is great for clients who prefer more of a makeup look. Shading can be very light and airy or more dense and dark for a more dramatic look. This technique is the most gentle on the skin making it great for more mature, sensitive, or oily skin or clients who work out very often.

Combination Brow:

When you combine both hair strokes and shading, we create a combination eyebrow. This is our most popular service because it gives you the density of a makeup look but also adds some fluffy hair strokes for a seamless, natural look.

Lash Line Enhancement

Lash Line Enhancement is the tattooing of a thin black line along the lash line meant to give the illusion of fuller, darker lashes for a denser lash line and natural, eye-opening, effect.

Lip Blush

Lip blushing is a permanent makeup procedure meant to give your lips a tint of color and define the lips. This is not a lipstick look but rather a watercolor/tinted finish.

LIPS:

If you are prone to cold sores, fever blisters or herpes simplex, make sure to take the proper medication 7 days prior & post to prevent a breakout. (V altrex). Please see note below*.

* NOTE FOR LIP BLUSH: It is strongly recommended to take an antiviral medication prior to lip procedures to prevent cold sores.

Tattooing has the potential to trigger the virus and compromise color retention.

If you have a history of cold sores (even one) you must take an antibacterial medication to prevent a possible outbreak.

Please contact your doctor for V altrex. This must be taken 7 days pre and post procedure.

Lip blushing can activate the virus and cause poor retention.

Even if you’ve never had a cold sore it is recommended to take over the counter L – lysine 2 weeks pre and post procedure to be sure you do not develop a cold sore.

Please make sure the lips are exfoliated and moisturized for the lip blush procedure.

Postcare

BROWS:

NO:
No water for 2 weeks
No makeup on the procedure area
No working out or engaging in activities that would cause sweating
No picking, peeling, or scratching the pigment
No sun exposure
Wash face at the sink and avoid eyebrows
Pat brows with wet cotton pad 3 times for the first day only
after the first day DO NOT get your brows wet for 2 weeks.
DO NOT allow any makeup, moisturizers or soaps touch the micro pigmented area.
Keep the micro pigmented area VERY lightly coated with your after care balm to prevent scabs from forming as directed. LESS IS MORE. Please do not over coat the area as it may cause poor retention. Apply aftercare with a Q-tip.
Avoid sleeping on your face to protect the area.
DO NOT go swimming, get in a hot sauna or Jacuzzi, or sweat profusely (which means working out). You want to keep access moisture away from the brows during the entire healing process. Keep your head away from the shower head while showering and carefully wash your face around the microbladed area to prevent brows becoming wet.
DO NOT pick, peel, scrub or scratch the micro pigmented area. You can lose hair strokes and cause scarring by exfoliating them too soon.
Absolutely NO facials of any kind during the heeling process.
DO NOT drink alcohol in excess as it may lead to slow healing of wounds.
DO NOT apply any makeup on the brows as they are heeling. No exceptions.
Please cover your brows if you are going to be in the sun as it can cause the pigment to fade quicker. Once your brows are completely healed always apply SPF 30-50 on the micropigmented area at all times.

The Healing Process

BROWS:

Your brows will go through many phases during the healing process. At first, your brows will appear very dark and bold. The pigment will gradually soften. Remember the pigment heals 40-50% lighter. Do not be alarmed if you see some pigment on the Q-tip when applying your aftercare, as this is excess pigment and/or body fluid that is naturally exiting your skin. You may experience peeling, which may look patchy and like you are losing a lot of strokes. This is also very normal, your skin is simply exfoliating itself. You also may experience scabbing. As undesirable as this is, it can happen. Just remember to never pick, itch, or scrub under ANY circumstances. If you have to itch the area, tap with your finger instead. Again, always feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. The healing process can be very difficult and I am here to ease your mind during this process.
PLEASE NOTE: Every client is required 2 sessions MINIMUM. Some clients may not retain as well as others. This is cosmetic procedure, meaning no client is promised to heal the same as another client. This is an ART not science.

LIPS:

The pigment will appear vibrant and darker than once healed. Your lips may experience swelling up to 48 hours. Keep the skin moist at all times, do not let the lips to be dry. Peeling may begin a few days after receiving tattoo. Some guests do not peel. This process can last up to a week or longer. Do not use any products other than Aquaphor Healing Ointment (or Grapeseed Oil if allergic to petroleum).
